CODE OF ETHICS AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The attention to and care for human and ethical values, rights and duties, and responsibilities toward all of the company's stakeholders are essential elements in defining the professional excellence of ISEA VIAGGI’s staff.
The Company Code of Ethics outlines the moral rights and duties of all members of the organization, establishing the ethical and moral responsibilities of everyone involved. It defines the set of rights, duties, and responsibilities that the ISEA Group explicitly assumes toward its institutional and commercial partners during the course of its operations.
The adoption of the Code of Ethics is intended to ensure fair and efficient management of transactions and interpersonal relationships, thus promoting the company's reputation and reinforcing external trust.
The Code's role is to prevent irresponsible or unlawful behavior by anyone acting on behalf of the company by clearly and explicitly defining the ethical and social responsibilities of its managers, employees, and suppliers toward the various stakeholders it engages with.
