We will tell about the story of the Anglo-American disembarkation in Sicily in July 1943 that began the defeat of the Nazi-fascist in Italy and in Europe. We will do it this by bringing you back to the places of Operation Husky, along the military routes of the Allied advance, visiting the cities and places that saw the protagonists of the armies but also the civilian population, visiting the artifacts that are still witness of this event.
A moment of history that becomes a trip to Sicily, along the coast that from Licata and Gela arrives on the beaches of the Syracuse area of ​​Pachino and Noto, places where the liberation of Europe began.
A journey that feeds on historical memory and finds episodes in these places, stories of men and soldiers, visual witnesses that offer an emotional feeling and lead back in time to an important page of the Second World War.
